Spa ritual

Do you want to maximize your spa stay with a spa ritual? We really think you should. We offer rituals that you perform by yourself with products from Kerstin Florian, and we have two different rituals: Vederkvick and Rofylld. Both rituals include four important parts; physical activity, mental relaxation, healthy eating and treatment. After your ritual, we recommend a moment of stillness in our silent room in the Calm treatment area.

 

For the optimal spa experience, your entire body should be present. And to make sure it is, we recommend you prepare yourself with a simple breathing exercise before you come: Start by closing your right nostril with your right thumb, breathing in and out a few times, deeply but relaxed. Replace and close the left nostril with the left thumb. Breathe in and out a few times, deeply but relaxed.

 

Was it easier to breathe through one of your nostrils? If it was easier to breathe through your left nostril, you probably have more yin (calm) in your body and you need more yang (energy). We therefore recommend you experience the Vederkvick ritual. Was it easier to breathe through your right nostril? You probably have more yang (energy) in your body and you need more yin (calm). We then recommend you experience the Rofylld ritual.
