Are you planning a kick-off with the company? 

At Hooks Herrgård, we know that expectations for a conference can vary greatly depending on what makes your group comfortable and gets the most out of your days together. We also like things uncomplicated, which is why we have put together a program where you can focus on what you came for - we’ll handle the rest.

With this package, you will find yourselves in a historic 18th-century setting while enjoying the best of modern times; fresh, bright venues, delightful food, and really good technology. All to create the best possible conditions.

Lecture

A good speaker can elevate your Kick Off to new heights. Our recommendation is that someone from the company kicks off the day, welcomes everyone, and builds a sense of atmosphere. This is a good time to review the past year, discuss new goals, and let colleagues feel involved. Afterwards, you can advantageously invite a speaker, either to develop the group or for delightful inspiration.

Activities

There is a wide range of activities to upgrade your conference package with. We warmly recommend a challenging or action-packed team-building activity, biathlon, or go-karting. The afternoon is best concluded in the spa with a glass of bubbly and a dip in Hokasjön before the party outfits come on.

Restaurant

The mansion's restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a fantastic view of the lake. In the evening, a three-course dinner featuring seasonal flavors is included in your conference package, and after dinner, the lounges invite mingling with colleagues.

After dinner, there is the possibility to book a pianist or troubadour to create a festive atmosphere for your Kick Off.
