Spa & Fitness

Even though we are nestled in the forests of Småland, it is easy to find us. When you arrive, you have free parking and access to the spa and fitness according to the times in the booking confirmation. And don't worry - we will assist you with everything you need to know when you arrive.

You will find us one floor down, to the right of the manor. At the reception, we are always available between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Sunday-Thursday and 9:00 AM-11:00 PM Friday-Saturday.

For your information, we have an age limit of 15 years in our spa, except during certain school holidays. During selected school holidays, children from the age of 10 have access to the spa at certain times and days.

Training

Take the opportunity to work out in our gym when you visit us. We offer a fantastic view of the calm waters of Lake Hoka. There is also an opportunity to attend training sessions selected for certain mornings.

Day Spa Packages

Day spa at Hooks Herrgård is always booked as a package with a nice meal at the facility.

For example, start with a hotel breakfast in the manor's restaurant, or finish your morning spa with a lunch or meal in the spa before departure. During afternoon spa, you can start with a delicious shrimp sandwich or lunch in the manor/Bistro.

Have you booked a day spa from 5-8 PM or 8-11 PM? You didn’t forget to book your shrimp sandwich or pokebowl, did you? These dishes are served in the spa bar during your spa time, and the time is booked upon arrival.

Other

Treatment and day spa can be canceled at least 48 hours before the booked time without charge. After that, cancellation is free upon presentation of a medical certificate.

When paying with a gift card, we ask you to leave the gift card at the spa reception upon arrival.

New in our spa

Up by the gym awaits our new yoga studio Lotus – a tranquil oasis where we offer yoga, meditation, core, and pilates on selected mornings. When the studio is not booked, it transforms into a place for total recovery, with calming views and direct access to Utsikten– our beautiful wooden deck with a panoramic view of Hokasjön.

Between the spa and the restaurant, Barbros Roséträdgård has emerged – an elegant and harmonious environment where you can settle down for a drink, a meal, or just enjoy the moment.

Try the sauna experience Aufguss, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM

For an even more comfortable experience, we now offer service directly to your location – simply order drinks via QR codes from both the outdoor bar & the relaxation area. Food is served in the spa bar or Roséträdgården while drinks & snacks are served at your location.
