If you have a campaign code for online booking, you enter it under the search box in the online booking. For other codes, please contact the booking.

If you have a gift card purchased online, there is a gift card number with 11 characters, e.g. MR85586-W555. You can use this for online payment for booking with an overnight stay or day use. When you have selected your item, choose redeem gift card as the payment method, where you enter the gift card number.

If the gift card is issued with a control code or only numbers as the gift card number, the purchase cannot be made online, so we ask you to contact the booking for a reservation. The gift card should be brought and handed in at the reception upon arrival.

Most of our gift cards are valid for two years from the date of issue. At certain times, we sell gift cards that are valid for a shorter period, which is clearly stated at the time of purchase.

You will receive the gift card as a pdf to your email address.

If you would like a printed gift card, you can write that as a comment during the order. The service assumes that you can come and pick it up from us at the hotel reception.

You can check in from 3:00 PM (1:30 PM if you have booked a spa package 14-17).

If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage in the hotel's luggage room until your room is ready. If the room is cleaned and ready before 3:00 PM, you will of course have access to the room earlier.

If you are a private guest, your room is available until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you wish to check out later, please contact the reception to see if it is possible.

For conference guests, check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

All our staying guests have access to a fully equipped gym, hiking trails, and running tracks.

Yes, both in the main building and in the conference house there is a luggage room.

For golfers, we have a special room for golf bags and carts, and in the manor, there is an opportunity to store luggage in connection with the reception.

Yes, in the manor there are two accessible rooms. From the hotel rooms in the manor, you can take the elevator to the restaurant, spa, and lounges.

Our spa is also wheelchair accessible with, among other things, a lift as an aid. Please notify us in advance if you need to use the lift.

Our larger double rooms and suites have extra beds, 4-6 per room.

Our small double rooms are suitable for the romantic couple, as they share a bed that is 140 cm wide.

At the hotel, there are some rooms where pets are allowed. Please inform us of this at the time of booking to ensure that you get a room where it is possible to bring pets. Unfortunately, your pet is not allowed to accompany you inside the manor and restaurants.

We are a cashless hotel. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX as well as payment via swish.

Svt1, Svt2, SVT24/Barnkanalen, Tv4, Kanal 5, Kunskapskanalen, Sjuan, Nickelodeon, Kanal 9, CNN, Bloomberg, TV12, MTV, Eurosport 1 and 2. Viasat Golf is shown in the Bistro.

Casting is also offered in the rooms.

Access to the spa and gym, loan of bathrobe, towel, and slippers as well as Kerstin Florian products in the shower room are included in the spa entrance. Treatments are extra.

For resident guests, the spa entrance costs 300 SEK, and for day spa, the prices vary slightly depending on which day you wish to book, read more about the day spa. In our spa packages with overnight stay, access to the spa from 14:00-17:00, 17:00-20:00, or 20:00-23:00 on the day of arrival is included, alternatively 9:00-12:00 on the day of departure.

On the day of departure, it is possible to book access to the spa from 7:00-10:00 for 100 SEK per person.

Up by the gym, our new yoga studio Lotus awaits – a tranquil oasis where we offer yoga, meditation, core, and Pilates selected for certain mornings. When the room is not booked, it transforms into a place for total recovery, with a calming view and direct access to Utsikten – our beautiful deck with a panoramic view over Hokasjön.

Between the spa and the restaurant, Barbros Roséträdgård has emerged – an elegant and harmonious environment where you can sit down for a drink, a meal, or just enjoy the moment.

Try the sauna experience Aufguss, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM.

For an even more comfortable experience, we now offer service directly to your seat – easily order drinks via QR codes from both the outdoor beverage station & the relaxation area. Food is served in the spa bar or Roséträdgården while drinks & snacks are served at your seat.

At Hooks Herrgård Spa & Fitness, we have many opportunities to make your treatment experience something extraordinary. You only need to book the time you want to spend and whether the focus should be on the body, face, or feet.

When you arrive, you will receive a consultation from the therapist who will then detail your total spa experience and treatment. The treatment time includes a 10-minute foot bath with consultation.

The concept we work with comes from the well-known brand Kerstin Florian and is designed specifically to fit our facility. After the treatment, you have access to the spa and the quiet room. Read more about our treatments.

The spa reception is staffed from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day, and from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM for evening spa on Fridays and Saturdays (from October to April). Staying guests have access to the gym from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

Our spa is 1300 square meters large and is located adjacent to the Herrgården with a view of Hokasjön. We have an indoor pool, a warm and a cold spring indoors, Kneipp, foot baths, Finnish sauna, steam and salt sauna, sanarium, experience showers, as well as a hydromassage pool and a warm outdoor spring. In the spa, there is a spa lounge where simpler dishes and drinks are available for purchase.

All our resident guests have access to a fully equipped gym, hiking trails, and running tracks. The facility also has two padel courts.

On selected days and times, training sessions or activities such as yoga, water aerobics, or aufguss are offered.

Yes, our spa has an age limit of 15 years, except during certain holidays when we welcome children from 10 years on certain dates and times. See our times for children at the spa.

The longer description is why we have designed a spa ritual:
 Throughout history, people in Europe have been aware of the positive health effects of mineral water baths. Minerals and trace elements are very important components in the human body and provide us with amazing effects. As early as the time of Hippocrates & Plato, baths with hot and cold water were used for enjoyment and recovery, often in connection with sports activities. The interaction between hot and cold water is health-promoting for the entire body.

With products from Kerstin Florian, we have designed a ritual with a strong focus on minerals that provide a fantastic experience, healthy circulation, and promote well-being and relaxation for the body. Feel free to start with some physical activity such as swimming, walking on the exercise trails, or a sweaty session at the gym.

Yes, our spa is accessible and a lift is available to facilitate bathing in our pools. Please inform us at the time of booking if you will need the lift upon arrival, so that we are well prepared to welcome you.

Guests at the hotel can book a golf package that includes one green fee, if you wish for an extra green fee it costs 500 SEK on weekdays and 600 SEK on weekends. Here are the other prices for green fees.

Our golf courses are located on the property, you always live close to the course, but the distance depends on which building you stay in. If you want to stay closest to the golf course, we recommend that you request a room in Sörlängan, which is right next to the driving range and club house.

Hooks Bistro is the new name for the golf restaurant. It is located in our Golf Center and here we serve coffee, lunch, as well as burgers and salads. The bistro is open during the golf season, typically from mid-April to mid-October.

The golf courses are closed for winter rest during the winter months. They usually close in mid-October and generally open in early/mid-April.

Breakfast buffet is served from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM on weekends, holidays, and week 27-32.

Yes, it is fine depending on availability. Reserve your spot by contacting the booking at bokning@hooksherrgard.se. A popular package is to book a breakfast buffet before the day spa.

Lunch in the manor's restaurant is served from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM on weekdays and from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM on weekends and holidays.
The manor's restaurant is closed for lunch service from Midsummer to Tuesday of week 32.

Lunch in the Bistro is served during the golf season, from April 9 to October 15.

We serve our three-course dinner from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You can choose a time at the time of booking, or no later than a week after booking.

As a resident guest, a table is reserved for you and a time for dinner is booked in connection with your room reservation. If you have booked a package with a three-course dinner, you choose the menu you desire at the table. Groups of over 12 people pre-book a menu.

If you are not staying at the hotel, please contact the booking for table reservations at the manor's restaurant. We have limited seating and usually do not have the opportunity to book tables for non-resident guests during weekends, but please feel free to reach out to us with an inquiry - it can never hurt.

In Hooks Bistro (the golf restaurant), no table reservation is required.

A glass of sparkling wine is included as an aperitif before dinner in several of our packages. It is served in the manor's bar, which is located to the left when you enter the Manor. Opposite the hotel reception.

The bistro is open during the golf season, usually from the middle of April to the middle of October.

We offer free parking for our guests, park in designated parking spaces.

Yes, we have 25 charging points for electric and hybrid cars. With our initiative for electric vehicle charging, we want to welcome you who drive environmentally friendly to charge your car while you are with us. Enjoy our facility while charging your electric or hybrid car.

Our charging system is set up in collaboration with ChargeNode. ChargeNode is one of the leading manufacturers of larger charging systems and is found at several hotels, conference centers, and golf facilities around Sweden. The charging points can be used by all rechargeable cars on the market and can charge from 7-22 kW, depending on the outlet. Optimized Electric Vehicle Charging
To make the best use of available power and provide all visitors with the desired charging when they need it, we have a smart queue system.

Can't we just charge all cars at the same time? Unfortunately not. At least not with full power because each property has a service cable that limits the available power, making it technically impossible. Additionally, the outlet is affected by what happens in the property throughout the day. And, of course, how many cars are charging.

Our super-smart software optimizes and distributes available charging power based on the number of connected cars, departure times, the cars' charging capacity, and desired charging. Those who need to leave first get charged first; those who stay longer are charged later. But everyone gets a share of the charging, even if we can't guarantee that your car is fully charged at departure.

As you have understood, there are several factors that determine how quickly you get the charging you want. In some situations, you may not receive the desired charging; some common situations are these:

• All electric cars have different capabilities to receive charging. For example, a pure electric car can receive charging faster than a hybrid.

• Load balancing. As we have already mentioned, the available power is crucial for how much charging you get. And it varies throughout the day and how much the property's service cable can deliver.

• Our outlets can deliver a maximum of 7-22 kW.

• Checked in the queue. This simply means that you are in line to get charging. Since you have written down when you are leaving, you will always get charging on time. So you don't need to worry if the charging doesn't start immediately.

Yes, we have spots where we offer parking including electricity for 150 SEK per day. These spots are located along hole 18 on Skogsbanan.
Toilets and showers are available in the clubhouse.

For additional services for parking spots, we refer to Hoks Naturcamping, which is located 2 km away.

For individual private bookings, free cancellation applies up to 7 days before arrival, alternatively free rescheduling is possible until 6:00 PM three days before arrival. Treatments and day spa can be canceled free of charge no later than 48 hours before the booked time.

Now there is cancellation protection available for purchase at the time of booking, which is valid until 24 hours before arrival.
You will receive a full refund for your stay excluding the cancellation protection (295 SEK/room). Does NOT apply to discounted prices that are non-refundable. Upon presentation of a medical certificate, the cancellation protection also applies on the day of arrival.


If you are a private group of over 12 people, the last free cancellation day is 14 days before arrival.
Rescheduling is possible up to 7 days before arrival.

For private groups of over 30 people, the last free cancellation day is 30 days before arrival
Rescheduling is possible up to 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation protection is not available for group bookings.

If you are a conference or corporate group of over 10 people, we follow Visita's regulations regarding conferences and other events. This means that the last free cancellation day is 4-6 weeks before arrival. If the cancellation occurs later than the specified date, 75% of the order value will be charged. If you cancel later than two weeks before the arrival date, 100% of the order value will be charged.

After departure, you will receive an email with a link to our guest survey. On Tripadvisor, there is an opportunity to read or write reviews.
