Hooks Herrgård

Nestled in the Småland forests by the waters of Hokasjön and winding gravel roads, the wings and lounges of Hooks Herrgård spread out - and have done so since the 14th century, at least parts of it. Although much has happened over the years, the history and preservation of the manor and everything around it remains.

When we, the Edberg family, took over in the 1960s, it was to create a place unlike any other, to see the opportunities in the surroundings and the manor, to develop and… play really good golf. Today we are a thriving family business and the third generation of Edbergs is the CEO, with the fourth generation serving in the restaurant.

Our goal is for you, who come to us, to feel like one of the family, and that permeates everything we do; from cheers in the sand bunker to warm hotel rooms and set dinner tables. We dare say that with nearly 60 years of open doors, we have likely created more “honorary Edbergers” around Sweden than lost golf balls, and we want to create even more.
