Spa & Fitness
The entrance fee to Hooks Herrgård Spa & Fitness includes the loan of a bathrobe, towel, and slippers, as well as Kerstin Florian's products in the shower room. The 1,500 square meter spa offers two sections: an active section for recreation, bathing, sauna, and training, and a calm section for treatment guests.

What's new in our spa
Up by the gym awaits our new yoga room Lotus – a tranquil oasis where we offer yoga, meditation, core, and pilates on selected mornings. When the room is not booked, it transforms into a place for total recovery, with soothing views and direct access to Utsikten– our beautiful deck with a panoramic view over Hokasjön.
Between the spa and the restaurant, Barbros Roséträdgård has emerged – an elegant and harmonious environment where you can sit down for a drink, a meal, or simply enjoy the moment.
Try the sauna experience Aufguss, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM
For an even more comfortable experience, we now offer service directly to your location – easily order drinks via QR codes from both the outdoor bar & the relaxation area. Food is served in the spa bar or Roséträdgården while drinks & snacks are served at your location.
Everything is created to give you a spa experience beyond the ordinary.
Regular opening hours
Hooks Herrgård Spa & Fitness is open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the spa reception staffed from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (until 11:00 PM during evening spa).
In the morning hours, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, staying guests have the opportunity to add spa access for 100 SEK per person. Please note that some cleaning may occur during morning hours. The gym is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Age limit
15 years, except during certain school holidays, when children from 10 years old have access to the spa during selected times, read more about day spa kids.
