Fill in requests for times, seating arrangement, and other details for the conference

Fill in the name list

Tab 3:
Fill in the list for special diets

Tab 4:
Read our dietary policy
Keep in mind that complex allergies, such as onions & multiple allergies, must be communicated to us 14 days prior to arrival.

Lastly:
Save the file with company_name_booking_number and send it to konferensbokning@hooksherrgard.se
