5 tips to succeed with your conferences "The Hooks way"

Conference Tips

We are good at meetings, we dare to say this because Svenska Möten has awarded us its quality mark. Thanks to that knowledge, we can offer a unique conference experience while also sharing tips on what is important for creating a really good conference.

5 tips for succeeding with your conferences "The Hooks way"

1) Start gently on site

We believe the start is one of the most important aspects as it lays the foundation and creates conditions for the entire day. Therefore, we want to begin pleasantly and relaxed, with a good breakfast and a refreshing cup of coffee.

2) Clear agenda

Even though it may seem obvious, we have often experienced that conference participants miss making important decisions because a clear agenda and timetable have not been created or adhered to. To achieve efficiency and results, we advocate for a clear plan for the day, of course with good food and refreshments during breaks, combined with various forms of movement.

3) Fuel with the right energy

Candy and sitting still are all well and good, but we see the difference in alertness and creativity when we offer fruit, smoothies, energy shots, and hearty sandwiches instead - between proper meals and stretching breaks, jogging rounds, or a round of golf. The right energy takes you further.

4) Book an external speaker

Sometimes we may need inspiration and knowledge from new sources; inviting an external speaker can therefore be precisely the push in the right direction that your employees need. We collaborate with a number of skilled speakers in areas such as sales, leadership, stress management, mental health, and team building.

5) Utilize the entire conference facility

We really mean the whole; everything from golf courses, spas, forests, and restaurants to meeting rooms and the shores of Hokasjön. Changing environments, mixing movement with meetings, or even having the meeting on the golf course, we believe promotes both creativity, discussions, and results.
