Our Christmas weekend package includes a Christmas buffet or Christmas dinner, an overnight stay, and a generous breakfast buffet. We take great pride in our cuisine, and the kitchen has always been the heart of the manor.

This year, we're delighted to present A New Kind of Christmas Buffet – an elegant take on the traditional Swedish Christmas table. The main course is served at your table, while both starters and desserts are beautifully presented as buffets featuring only the very best festive favourites.

The starter buffet offers a selection of pickled herring, cured and smoked salmon, cold cuts, shrimp salad, dill-tossed potatoes, and freshly baked bread. Be sure to save room for dessert – it's an experience in itself. Indulge in homemade manor house favourites such as rice pudding with orange (ris à la Malta), chocolate mousse, lemon meringue cake with Daim, saffron cake with raspberries, handmade truffles, sweets, a selection of cheeses, and of course our beloved Swedish cheesecake with jam and whipped cream.
